Am I the only male that did not find Black Widow "hot"? Too many are looking thru "nerd glasses".... she's maybe a 7 at best... Certainly not a 10 (or 15). She's kind of "chunky" in my opinion...so, you have a strong female character who is mildly attractive and wearing...

Thanks for informing us (and particularly me) about Atomic Robo, I had never heard of it. I've downloaded some issues and am enjoying them immensely. I've always been a "pulp" fan and these have a great feel to them.

I can save everyone some time on this last podcast (Infinity Gauntlet): all the interesting comments are between 45:10 and 45:12.

Just curious...which book/series did you get done reviewing and think "man, that was a mistake" (meaning it didn't work for the show). (I realize there may be more than one...but which was the "worst")

Also, was there any book/series you thought wouldn't work but actually did?

Really think you guys should make an exception and review the new Avengers movie. While not "perfect" (what film is?), it was very entertaining. If not the movie, then perhaps an Avengers storyline from the books. Then again, there are probably 400 other podcasts doing the same thing.....

Blackscarf is familiar with the Cerebus books. It was one of the most famous independant comics at one time.

How about "High Society" or "Church and State" from Cerebus? (best of the books before shark got jumped)

For some reason, this is one of my favorite episodes....maybe because it was "fast paced"...though with 52 issues it may have been a tad long (couldn't be helped).

I have to agree on the Flash...started reading and catching up on those because both of you ranked it very high.

I was warned about that....talking to my lawyer today :twisted: Also...listened to your latest Dingo Ate My Podcast and found that "long intros" are normal....at least for you....now that I think about it, I'm thinking you like talking about yourself more than you like talking about comics...
