Re: The IT Crowd

I love The IT Crowd. It is some of the most absurd comedy on television and I love it. So quirky and funny. It's as if The Office and The Mighty Boosh had a baby. If you like The IT Crowd check out Black Books. It's on Hulu for free. Black Books is excellent! I also love Snuff Box and Garth Marengi...

My favorite line is from Moss - "I can't go to prison Roy!" "I'll be flippin' raped!" Classic!

I saw episode 1 of series 4. They play D&D and Matt Berry talks about his balls!

Re: What Books Are You Reading

Went to a book fair last weekend and picked up a lot of goodies. Just finished reading Mortal Stakes by Robert Park and am now going to start Time For Yesterday by AC Crispin. I've read Yesterday's son, but have never read the sequel.

Re: RPGs, Board Games, Etc?

Some of my favorite childhood memories were playing D&D with my friends. We played it until Star Frontiers (early 80's TSR) came out and then Star Trek the Roleplaying Game. We were always more Scifi geeks than Fantasy. I truly wish we had never given it up. Ah memories!

Re: FFG fit Club

My wife and I did Weight Watchers together. I went from 237lbs to 170lbs in one year. I put 10lbs back on since I stopped smoking though. WW is a pretty good program because it teaches you how to eat. Portion control is the key.

Re: Back To The Bins 64 - COMPLETELY Overrated Talents in Co

Scott, I too share the angry feelings about Grant Morrison. I can't believe this hack is soooo revered. I also agree that a series like Superman is affected when a non-American writes it. There's a flip side to this as well. Anyone ever read Hellblazer or Judge Dredd when a non-Brit is writing it? U...

Re: Louie

I find this show funnier than his previous one, Lucky Louie. My favorite scene so far is the blind date that he has in the first episode. The helicopter was to add some surrealism to the show? Thoughts?

The comics were cool too. They're also really cheap to find in back issue bins. Good hunting!
