Favorite Bluray Movie?

Postby Ziggo » Tue Jun 29, 2010 2:32 pm

I was curious to know what your favorite bluray movies where? Don't confuse this with favorite movie by favorite bluray i mean which Bluray in your collection is a bluray that has everything you can ever ask for such as clarity, special features, behind the scenes. etc.

Mine is probably Blade Runner Final Cut 5 disk set. It has the cleanest quality presentation of the film I've ever seen. A three hour documentary, all the other cuts of the film and tons of other extras. It's an amazing value.

That is a tough one- I would probably have to say from my collection Star Trek w/ The Incredible Hulk and Up coming in at a close tie for second!

I'll have to really think about it, but yes, Star Trek was a VERY good Blu Ray. Lots of behind the scenes stuff, very cool.

i gotta agree with that Star Trek Bluray... it had everything a Bluray needed to have, a good movie, good quality in sound and visuals and alot of GOOD special features for the mythology of star trek as well as behind the scenes stuff.

if only terminator salvation did the same.... if only...

Speed Racer, homeses! Just don't watch it on a 120hz LCD or you can see the imperfections in the Chroma key frequently. 60hz? Magnifique!
I'd come up with a catchy signature but I'm busy right now

I'm new to Blu-Ray, but so far Inglourious Basterds is my favorite Blu-Ray. And I have to wholeheartedly agree regarding Star Trek. It was the first one I bought and it holds a special place in my heart.

My favorite blu Ray is probably Dr. Strangelove. It's my favorite movie of all time and the blu Ray looks like it was shot yesterday. Here's my entire collection:
