Quite the "draw" last night. At least Bisping was able to kick the snot out of Riveria. I did love how 11 of the 12 fights were seen last night.

That Bisping knee was blatant and he should have bee DQ'd. I think Fitch beat BJ but the draw wasn't a bad decision. And the guy whos name I can't think of almost lost eye lid

My copy of Martin Rooney's warrior cardio is waiting at home I cant wait to tear into it and start doing some stuff in class (my students are going to hate/love me :) )

Martins books are not for the faint of heart but if you want to push yourself and learn about how and why you should be doing certain exercises I cant recommend his books enough
