Nothing to it, the book that really opened my eyes and converted me is "Skinny Bitch". It's a little more aimed at women (my wife bought it and I read it) but it's full of really great info

Home made french fries and a Sam Adams Summer in a chilled glass.

Very rarely get fast food these days. But I always dug Wendy's.

As for good burgers Fast Food got to go Wendys Baconator or Wendys Bacon and Blue.
Chains Fridays has a Cheesey bacon Cheeseburger. It is a bacon Cheese Burger with a circle of fried motz on top. Five Guys is awesome too.

There is a burger joint in South Carolina near the beach (sorry can't rember the name) that has dozens styles of burgers. they have some real good stuff there. It's near my parents place in SC

Guacamole is also a favorite burger topper of mine. Or just avocado. that mixed with bacon. dammit now i want a burger and its only 10am.

Okay my simple burger is Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato, Red Onion, and PIckle.
My Favorite Sit down Chain Burger is by Far Ruby Tuesdays Triple Prime Cheddar Burger
The Next step Down in the Fast food evolution for me is a place around here called FatBurger.
And the last step for me is the Double Bacon Deluxe Burger from Wendy's

My favorite burgers are homemade. I season my ground beef with black pepper, Tony Cachere's creole seasoning, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Tabasco Chipotle sauce. I top it with whatever cheese I'm in the mood for, grilled onions, lettuce and a thin slice of tomato. I usually toast my buns.

I love medium rare grilled burgers, made with a pat of butter in the middle. My buddy does it to help add a crispy skin to the seared burger. I love fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, cheddar and bacon

When I eat out, I love Bennigan's Big Irish burger, but recent menu changes took most of it away from me. Burger King is a great drive through burger and Rally's is just a shade below that.

I must try 5-Guys Burgers. I keep hearing about them, but closest shop is in Troy, MI, about 1.5 hours away from me.
