I've lost 6.7 pounds so far.

I've started weighing myself everyday.

I'll start my exercise regime tonight . . . which basically consists of walking.

I haven't weighed myself at all yet this week as I know I gained weight over the weekend.

I started Tae Bo last night, though . . . I'm not sure I spelled that correctly.

As of this morning I've lost a total of 12 pounds.

Doing Tae Bo is fun, but I have to stop every now and again and just laugh at myself. I'm not nearly as fast as those folks in the video and I'm pretty sure I look like a complete idiot when I attempt to move as fast as them.

I have a new Tae Bo coming from Netflix today that I'm looking forward to trying. It's called something like "Fat Burner Accelerator".

How's everyone else doing?

I am doing awful- my wife is doing great though. Really proud of her she has been on weight watchers for a couple months now and she has now lost 10% of her weight.

I've been writing down everything I eat each day. It's helping me a lot. Its a mental thing that I don't want to have any garbage or just too much food in general on the list.

Whatever works, right?

Well I can't run or jump for at least 8 more months, since the ACL still needs to heal. I am using fat-free creamer and organic surger when I drink my coffee. I am allowed on the treadmill and bike and light pilates/yoga. I will start counting calories and carbs this week.

I'm still holding at around 195, which is 20 less than where I've been for the last 10 years or so.

Well had some issue last night with dinner but I stayed strong. This morning it's coffee with fat-free creamer.

I'm working on losing weight as well. I just started going to the gym with my sister actually.

My high weight was around 250, and right now I'm at 242. (I'm 5 foot 7) I'd like to get down to 200.
