Creative support thread...

I was just talking to Steeven, and we both want to have some support system where we can encourage each other to keep creating, and not waste all week playing video games, watching the tube, etc...

I know that I have difficulty finding time to write . . . and what's crazy about that is that I do have the time, so I guess it's just the motivation.

Other than posts for my blog, I've not written one thing this year. Not one word.

I'm going to make a pledge to try and write for thirty minutes a night before bed . . . that is on nights that I'm home and not at my second job.

I didn't do any writting last night.

I worked on the household budget instead.

I'm hoping to find time to write tonight because I've got something bubbling in my head. I may need to let it bubble for a little while longer before I put anything down on paper though. Let it formulate a little.

Hey, side question:

What's some good motivational/inspirational music? Looking for something to hype myself up with while I draw.

I don't use any specific music. I tend to just throw my iPod on shuffle and go to town.

And as for not hearing Norman, have you tried sitting down and just writing a random scenario, seeing where it goes?

Maybe it will help if I post a new thread in the UFG fanfic, and you write the next one

I wrote 3 pages of a graphic novel/ comic yesterday (Granted, I've had the story in my head for years and only page had dialog and one of the others is splash page)

It would take as much effort to make up a story about writing a story as writing the story.

I have points A, C, F, and G in my head. I wrote point A, now in need to figure out B, D, E, H and flesh out the rest.
