Flashpoint #1 -- I dug it. It was a really interesting, twisted take on the DCU, and I'm really curious to see what this world is like and how Barry's going to try to solve things. Even when this ends, I hope this world isn't destroyed completely--it definitely looks like it deserves a place in DC's 52 worlds. I also didn't notice any problems with the Kubert art.
BTW, to the person who's disappointed about Jock not doing all of Detective--the idea is that the writer is telling two different stories and each story would get a different artist. I would recommend sticking around, even for the Frankavella art, because it's pretty much one of the best superhero books on the shelf.
Hmmm...now that you mention it, there is a bit of a "Twilight of the Superheroes" vibe out of it.
Right now, I'm FAR more interested in Flashpoint. I am more of a DC guy, and right now the basis of Fear Itself seems to be "You get a hamma! And YOU get a hamma! EVERYBODY gets a hamma!

"
Yeah, I'm definitely more of a trade/hardcover guy.
I was curious to see how Wonder Woman would have worked out, if not just for curosity's sake. Hopefully a bootleg will come out at some point and a GREAT show or movie based on the character will come out sometime in my lifetime. I can't really comment on Locke and Key, because I haven't read that comic yet.
I really need to catch up on Fringe--I typically keep forgetting to watch it on TV or on Hulu, so I have, like, five episodes on my queue right now.
So glad that the Avengers theme song is pretty much out.
I think I'm going to pass on Tales of Asgard--I've pretty much never really enjoyed any of their animated movies. They should either get the guys responsible for the Avengers cartoon involved, or just cut it altogether and concede to DC in that regard, IMO.
I can't play Portal 2 yet, but I've seen it through walk-throughs--and it looks really fun and hysterical. When I get a next-gen console, this is definitely one of the first games I'm going to get.

I'm really not a huge fan of Rockstar or any of their sandbox games that I've played--I've always ended up more bored by these sandbox games than in more linear stuff--but I would like to play LA Noire, if not just because of the subject matter, because I love those old crime stories.
Good episode guys.
