Do you feel your classes as a film student enhance you ability to enjoy movies, or do you pick through ""Oh this lighting is bad, oh this scene should have done this, I would have done it this way, etc?"

I took one film class as an elective in college. Of course it was very basic, but to this day I can still pick out things that we talked about. It was a cool experience.
I would love to have a bit of training in this stuff. I hear people say "The editing was great" and "The lighting was great" and I have no idea what they are talking about!!
