Interesting. Reminds me of the leather jacket era from Avengers in the early 90s. I don't mind when they shake up a costume every now and then. We all know it'll go back to how it was but makes in interesting for a while.

I like it. I have a hard time thinking WW would run around in that costume she's always had.

I'm personally not a fan of the new look, Wonder Woman's outfit has become so iconic and I don't really understand the need to want to modernise her.
I agree with leroy in that I could perhaps understand it more for one of the younger incarnations e.g Cassie Sandsmark, but it just seems like an attempt to make her more modern for the sake of it.
Maybe I'm missing the point though - I'm a big WW fan.. and like I said before "Nerds don't like change!" lol...
I don't think it would stop me from reading it, but again just don't really understand the reasoning behind it.

Like Ziggo said, it seems more storyline specific. In the Superman/Batman arc "World's Most Wanted" she had a different look, as it was an alternate timeline story. The same seems true for this one.

I'm sure the star spangled panties will be back by the end of the arc.

If this was Wondergirl taking over the mantel I would not have a problem.

But like Mr. M I won't be reading so I don't really care.

For the most part, I’m fine with the redesign. The update to pants definitely makes her look more modern. It did immediately remind me of Animal Man and Donna Troy though. I’m not a JMS-hater (loved his Thor stuff), so if I hear good things about the reboot, I might check it out in trade.

I like it. Wonder Woman always had a look that only a few artists could pull off and make her look like a hero. Most of the time she looked like a cosplayer at a strip club. This look is modern and it looks good. The only thing I don't like is the choker, but that's just me.

Still wont get me to buy the book.

Honestly, I think it's time for a change in her outfit. I like what they've done. I can't believe that she would keep going around with the star-spangled panties forever. Change happens. Even if it's story line specific and it's not forever.

i'm alright with it, actually. and brad's right, one way or the other, the classic costume is going to come back and this isn't permanent.

I know I am in the minority but I like it. This isn't the first time her costume has been changed and in that respect there have been costume changes for most long running characters. Granted it is usually subtle like a new piece of piping or a color change (see wolverine brown/yellow & blue). There are costume changes during the same event sometimes because of different artists. I think it is refreshing and I read WW and I am really excited about this new arc and I think that it is more reasonable that someone would fight in this costume more than the belly button neckline of most female costumes or the bustier and panties of WW.

I like parts of it (the top, pants). Parts of it I don't care for (jacket, choker, spats?). Parts of it confuse me (the gauntlets).

For what its worth, my wife, who is not a comics reader but has watched Justice League and has read some of the current volume of WW thanks to me buying the trade for her, thinks it is a big improvement.
