I assume he's referring to JMS and his Wonder Woman interview on DC's Source blog when Waid sent this tweet yesterday:

"Dear big-name comics egomaniac: just ONCE can you talk about your genius in an interview without crapping on the work of your predecessors?"

I'd like to think that he was talking about me . . . but he probably wasn't

Why don't you love me, Mark Waid!? WHY!?

Mark Waid is one of the biggest asshats i have ever come across, so maybe he was talking about himself, But i like to think he was talking about Millar who still gives no credit to Morrison for getting him started.

And it really shows a lot of balls to post something like that somewhere and not name who are are talking about, Go hide under your rock you gutless jerk.

Does Waid have a reputation for being a jerk? It's news to me if that's the case.

Waid has a reputation of Burning Bridges. And through ad hominem attacks on my ideologies he insulted on Twitter so i do not buy anything the man is associated with.

I also assumed he was talking about Straczynski, but I didn't see anything that would warrent such a retaliation.

I met Mark Waid two years ago and he was nothing but friendly and gracious to me. Of course, we *were* talking about his work and not someone else's. I'm generally a fan of what he writes, but his return to the Flash was less than stellar.
