doing an interesting thing with revealing their issue with the first official look at Dark Knight Rises--there are two different covers, one with Batman, and one with Bane, and you have to choose which one you want to see, and the one who gets the most votes get's revealed first.

I'm guessing Batman looks like Batman. So I voted for Bane.

There's also some early word going on about the 7-minute prologue--so far, it sounds AMAZING and the most insane action sequence ever seen in a Batman film. The only complaints I've been hearing so far is that Bane's voice is hard to understand.

A new The Dark Knight Rises trailer will play in IMAX digital theaters prior to Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol I heard from the IMAX twitter account.

And I saw a bootlegged video of the trailer--couldn't understand half of what was being said due to ambient noise and the music, but Hathaway seems to be going for a husky voice and looks quite sexy in her retro femme fatale outfit, and there is a surprisingly great bit involving a football field, among other things.

I don't know why they wouldn't attach the trailer to normal version of MI4, too. The preview thingie I get, but not the trailer.

I have no clue but you can see the trailer tonight with Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows I also read. I guess for MI4 they want to show it off in the format it was filmed on.(IMAX)

I didn't have any problems with understanding Bane's voice. He's doing a weird accent that I can't place, I assume the result of a British dude trying to do some kind of Hispanic accent through a mask, but I understood what he was saying.

Trailer looks good. I was hoping for more Catwoman in it. Sad Alfred is the saddest.

The prologue didn't do anything for me, though. No context.

Yeah, I think the voice thing could be better handled if they balanced out the volume of the music and sound effects.

It's been awhile but I have some news.

The Dark Knight Rises trailer #3 will make its debut with the showing of The Avengers on May 4th according to nolanfans.com. With a release online on May 7th.

Speaking of that trailer, WB started a viral campaign for that trailer--basically, they threw out a whole lot of addresses all over the world, if people took a picture of something they left in that spot, a single frame of the trailer would be put on the site. It looks like they've already gotten a whole lot of it, so in a small, .gif form, if you're interested.

Also, I believe I read a report for Cinemacon and TDKR footage there, and people said that when Bane spoke in that footage, it was a LOT more clear, so either they caved from their original purpose or fixed a few things to make it work better, but you should be able to understand what he says now.

Bane sounds about the same, but now I'm pretty much sold on Hathaway as Catwoman.

Also, I think I need a cold shower.

I don't have any trouble understanding Bane, though I do think that's a curious accent choice Hardy's putting on for a Central American prison rat.

Not in love with the Catwoman costume, specifically the mask/goggles, but Hatheway's a good actress, I'm sure she'll be fine.

I'm really curious what this story's about. Looks like they're incorporating elements of Knightfall with elements of No Man's Land, maybe.

trailer looked good. i dont get why catwoman is wearing a bedazzled costume party mask though. I hope there's more fight scenes and less car chases.
