If you are an artist, colorist or anything pimp your work. Coloring has been a hobby to me for the past couple of months, I am working on a Gabe Hardman Nightwing Piece that one of my listeners got at heroes con this year, I'll post it when i am done.

This is the first piece that I ever Flatted and rendered. It is a sketch that My buddy Keith got from Gabe Hardman at this years Heroes Con. Not perfect but for a first try not too bad.

For a first try that is awesome. I can't draw to save my life but coloring seems like something that I could take a stab at.

I post art like a fool on my blog at . And I've got 2, soon to be 3, web-comics going on there, too. I make no promises of quality, as the whole reason I'm doing it is to improve my work and build my portfolio. Here's an example:

Very nice. I've tested my photoshop skills and tried my hand at flatting and coloring a few practice pages, and I must say that I have a profound respect for people that can do that so quickly and beautifully.

My only suggestion would be to brighten the highlights a bit more. Fire seems a bit washed out, I suppose because in my head, she should be really bright and difficult to look at. Keep up the good work though! (you picked a nice piece to practice on - I just love Rod Whigham pencils...)

thanks guys. Fire was the biggest pain in the ass to flat. I hate her now because of this page.

I was trying my hardest to emulate the actual rendering and flatting of the actual page that My buddy keith sent me a picture of and she was kind of muted in that too.

Next thing i need to teach myself is the Effects like glow and stuff liek that.
