I made up a list of Marvel characters that I see as Lanterns. I'm going to have some artists sketch these up for me.

White- Silver Surfer
Red - Wolvie
Orange - Norman Osborn
Yellow - Dr. Doom
Green - Spider-Man
Blue - Cap (Steve Rogers)
Indigo - Beast (old blue Beast)
Violet - Sue Storm
Black - Captain Marvel

Let me know what you guys think. I may do one for Image.

I was thinking of DC lanterns. I didn't agree with some of them.

Hope I would have made Superman. When Barry shows up everyone is like "cool". When Superman shows up everyone says "we can win this".

When thinking of Wonder Woman one of the first things that come to mind is not love. I would make Wonder Girl love, her love for Superboy is solid. Maybe someone else can't think of a really good one.

Fear and greed were great. The Atom was a good pick. Mera I didn't see as a good pick. To me why would I care about Mera.

If the hawks were alive I would have put Hawkman as Rage and Hawkgirl as love.

I need to think of a better rage and love.

Yellow: Daredevil, they could even rif on his old costume
Indigo: Colossus, in the early days even though he could kick some ass he was a lot more compassionate, loved to paint, travel, etc.
Green: Iron Fist
Red: Hulk, which would be interesing or Punisher
White: ???
Orange: Carnage, he wants to devour everything
Blue: Cap, I just can't think of anybody else
Violet: Kitty Pryde
Black: Maybe not the lantern itself but Galactus as the battery, great counterpart to Anti-Monitor

Hmmm... I don't know much about Marvel, so I will have to rely on basic stereotypes of their characters:

White: the Beyonder (yea.. I said it... I'm thinking of the guy who the Illuminati met recently)
Black: Thanos (Death's lover and all that)
Red: Bruce Banner as the Green Hulk (a colorist's nightmare)
Orange: Dr. Doom (that guy craves power...)
Yellow: Green Goblin (cuz he would revel it...)
Green: Spider-man (but not Peter Parker, cuz that guy is a wuss)
Blue: Professor X (never, ever gave up...)
Indigo: Aunt May (after all, she lets that shulb stay with her)
Violet: Steve Rodgers as Cap. America (love of country... but really I just wanna see him in a Star Sapphire outfit with the star...... in that..... in that..... you know.. )

I got the first one in. Its by Harold of Ultra Friends Go. Green Goblin as an Orange Lantern. I'll post it once I pay for it.

How about an indie list:
White: Atom Eve
Black: Conquest
Green: Savage Dragon
Red: Plutonian
Orange:

Not even sure. Something to think about. Bill and Victor should have an easier time putting a list like this together than me.

I may have Harold do another one, maybe Beast. Also I pick up my Cap one next week from Joe.

This project has hit a wall. Most of the artists that I had lined up dropped the ball or keep telling me it's almost done. So I need to line up a new set of artists.

So far I have
White- Silver Surfer
Orange - Norman Osborn
Green - Spider-Man
Indigo - Moonstone (changed from Beast when we found out that the Indigo are bad people forced to be good)
Black - Captain Marvel

All I have left is
Red- Wolvie
Yellow - Dr. Doom
Blue - Cap (Steve Rogers)
Violet - Sue Storm

I hope to be done by the end of the year.

I'll post what I have so far over the next few days. I hope I still have the file for Harold's Orange Lantern. Wanted to get a nice print of it but never got around to it.
