Heads up to all planning on going-

I am in the early stages of planning my trip to Celebration 6. This time I am bringing my wife and planning on being in town for the whole week. My folks have a timeshare down there at a resort right next to Walt Disney World. Last time my brother and I got a small condo near the convention center. I talked to my folks and I can get a place for an entire week (Sunday to Sunday) and I can also get a place that will easily sleep 12 adults. I would like to know if anyone would be interested in bunking with us. I would like to get Scott and Chris to come as well (all though I'm sure they will probably just be at Scott's house). I was thinking of asking for $100 bucks a head just to help offset our costs (Scott and Chris get in free; they give me free podcasts after all). Let me know what you think or if you are interested or if you think I am a money grubbing jerk and if I need to go straight to Hell. I really want to make this happen and I will be coming either way, I just need to figure out if I will be getting a small or large condo. The place my folks have is very, very nice and it will sure beat a cheap hotel room.

(Hoping to come visit you earlier in the week if that is okay Scott. We are thinking about a day or two at WDW before the con.)

I'm in! Sure, I kinda sorta live close, but at an hour away it is just far enough to be a pain in the ass. I'm MUCH rather stay close and hang out with you clowns.

Keep me posted on this. I have an idea for a backup plan, btw.

Sounds good. I will be trying to finalize the details on my end as soon as I can. (Just need to sort out a few things with tickets and whatnot.) I will keep you guys posted.

I'd love to do this, as it was looking to be close to a grand for me to fly in and rent a hotel room in the area. If we were able to do this, it would really cut my cost (about by half just looking at Travelocity), and I could probably put the savings into a rental of a mini-van/Freakwagon to drive folks around town. My only concern would be...would you really be okay with a bunch of people you only know from the internet staying at your parent's time share?
