Sorry that I’m late this week, folks but between work and catching up after going out of town over the weekend I got behind on getting this episode out. Here it is, though and I hope it was worth the wait. This week Kevin Cushing (who was on the show all the way back in episode 57) joins me ostensibly to talk about Superman: Earth One and we get to that…eventually. This happened last time too and when you think about it tangents are one of the mainstays of Views.

I look at them as an unofficial co-host really.

Anway, Kevin and I talk Superman: Earth One, but not before discussing J. Michael Straczynski’s previous work including Midnight Nation, Supreme Power, Squadron Supreme and of course Amazing Spider-Man. Then we get into the meat of the story but not without talking about other bits of business such as my opinion on a CGI Superman in the new movie, how attractive Anne Hathaway and Julianne Nicholson are and much, much more. It was a fun discussion and I am glad that Kevin suggested doing the episode.

Remember that you can catch Kevin on both and .

Next week: I may actually have two episodes next week. Towards Wednesday or Thursday the 2010 Views Christmas Special will be up and I will hopefully have something out before that as well if all my ducks get in a row.

I like the show, as always, very good comments made. I enjoy this as an elsewhere story. You guys didn't discuss how this is Earth One and what that means for the current main DC Universe and what earth would that be? (Geek cred lost?) Will buy the next parts to this and the Batman as well, so thanks for information about the Batman book.
