As we stated on Valiant Future Episode 10, we're having a little contest. So, to win all the fun bits of swag that Joe described on the episode, all you need to do is post in this thread what you love the most about the current crop of Valiant Entertainment books and tell us which one is your favorite. Easy. After a few weeks we'll draw a name at random and award them with Valiant themed gifts. Thanks for listening and thanks for playing!

I'm reading in trades, so I'm a couple months behind, but I'd say my favorite so far is bloodshot

It's fun seeing a universe sprout up without the baggage of continuity. The art across the board has been pretty stellar and all the books have a cinematic feel.

It's tough to pick a favorite book; I haven't really been disappointed by anything. I guess I'd have to pick Archer & Armstrong. The book actually makes me laugh--that's a pretty rare feat for a comic book. The cast has a great dynamic and the art is fantastic.

They remind me of the 90s comics I grew up on. But in a good way!
Favourite book - Bloodshot.

No, Harbinger.

No, Bloodshot.

Ps, I live across the sea, so dont mind if I'm not eligible for the comp :)

For me, Valiant's big appeal is the variety of genres that the titles cover; the superheroics of Harbinger, the sci-fi of X-O Manowar, the horror of Shadowman, the action of Bloodshot, the comedy of Quantum and Woody, and the.....everything of Archer and Armstrong!
We aren't presented with a choice of titles all about (eg) Superheroes, there is something for everyone.
I love how 'new' characters are being (re-)introduced within existing books. Having encountered Eternal Warrior within the pages of Archer and Armstrong, and now X-O, I am now very excited to pick up his own series. A lot more than if he had not appeared elsewhere before. The same applies for when/if Ninjak gets his own series. (Hopefully soon!)
On a similar tone, I love the way that Valiant has built up a shared universe. Whether it's a throw-away comment regarding The Vine or the summer event of Harbinger Wars, I love that it all feels part of the same world BUT without feeling that I have to buy every title released due to a myriad of cross-overs.
My favourite title? Depends which one I read most recently! But at a push I'd say Archer and Armstrong.
(I also live across the great Atlantic so have no objections to not winning!)
