If you have the ability to do so, and have not downloaded the Marvel AR app, you need to do so if you are getting any of the Marvel books that will be utilizing the Augmented Reality capablities.

I used it on the AvX issues #0 and #1, and it was so awesome. You see the covers come to life, interviews on certain pages, and pencil to colored page transitions on certain panels. It was sweet, and all the while you are physically turning the pages and seeing these things happen right on your table or lap or wherever you have the comic sitting.

AvX The Infinite #1 was supposed to make my digital reading experience better. It was nice, story was just OK. Not worth it IMHO. (3/5)

Borrowed the trade Old Man Logan from a friend (Nick) and finished it yesterday. It was such a great read. If you have not checked it out you need to do so. Its a great read and good story. I plan on picking this up this is something I know I'll re-read.

Infestation 2 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles while I thought issue 1 was OK the second one took a giant nose dive for me. I did not enjoy this mini like I did the G.I. Joe version.

My LCS has added a couple 75% off bins, so I picked up "The Leading Man" TPB by B. Clayton Moore and Jeremy Haun (a GI Joe alum). Fun story about an actor that's part of a spy group. You can never go wrong when Jeremy's drawing a book.

Tiny Titans #50. The last issue of the series. I have a soft spot for this book since it was the first comic that Daniel (my younger son) wanted to read. We've had a chance to meet Art and Franco several times now, and they're really good people writing/drawing an incredibly funny book that may be for kids but has a lot of jokes only parents would get. This was a nice wrap up to the series, many jokes about Superman no longer having red tights, and the first time we see a grown up superhero's face.

Looking forward to Art and Franco's next book, "Superman Family Adventures." If you have young kids yourself or kids in your family and want to get them turned onto comics, "Tiny Titans" is a great entry point.

I am all caught up on two years worth of Red Sonja. I do love me a fiery red head that sole purpose is to kick ass.

I also thought Blackhawks #7 was pretty damn good. Too bad we only have one more

Batman The Dark Knight #7 kinda of a weak wrap up on Bane (at least I thought so). This is my least favorite of the Bat titles but I still enjoy it.

Cursed Pirate Girl - A little to weird for me. The art is nice.
