"The Sixth Gun" issue #21 will be a "silent" issue. Nice tribute!

Larry Hama just put up his sketch on ebay that will be the cover of RAH #180...the San Diego Comicon issue. As I understand it, the Joes actually end up at the con. If what I think may end up in that issue, it will be very cool indeed (at least to me).

Love how Snake Eyes, Stalker and Scarlett have "Professional" badges on. LOL. Should be interesting. What do you think will end up in the issue?

Looks like Optimus Prime, a Jawa, Conan, and Howard the Duck are on the cover, too.

What do you bet a major character wins a cosplay contest?

GI Joe and Danger Girl? Well, guessing it'd be better than Infestation:

Looks like we're in for some changes at IDW. This tweet came from Heidi McDonald from ComicsBeat:

GI Joe, Magic, D&D and Ninja Turtles will all be trimmed a bit - to ONE ongoing and the occasional mini, not more than one at a time. #idw

Guess we'll hear officially at C2E2 in the next few days.

I honestly wouldn't mind GI Joe being trimmed down. If your only a trade buyer like myself, it's confusing trying to keep track of all 3 series and the seemingly constant name changing. Plus I don't like having to buy 3 different trades just to keep up with the main story. I'd be fine with Cobra and Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow being 10 issue runs that deal with a single storyline then wrap up, take a few months up, then start up with a new storyline etc etc.

Maybe they're planning on ending the RAH verse at 200 or something. I haven't read anything since Hama came back in that yet as I'm still collecting the classic trades but the classic stuff was getting really, really strange and out there and loosing it's appeal to me.

Whatever they're planning on doing, if they stop making something, as long as they give me closure on it I doubt I'll be that upset by anything they chose to do.

Let's not panic about the Joe titles until IDW makes an announcement. I found an article online that stated some of the news coming from IDW would be that they would be streamlining GI Joe and may cancel one title to do so. Not cancel everything down to one title.

Granted this article may be incorrect also, but based on a lot of the other news that is accurate in it, I would assume that this is what will be happening, and honestly, it makes a lot more sense that they would be doing this.

I personally will just wait to see what they announce, but it honestly doesn't make any logical sense to cut them all down to one title considering you have 2 different continuities going on with the IDW Joe and the ARAH Joe. Not that comic companies do things that make sense. Like I said, we'll just have to wait and see.

Retaliation figures have hit! Meijer in Indiana has them, multiple people, including Gary from WOJM, have picked them up. Look forward to reviews...
