No, your eyes and ears do not deceive you. Chuck and Ryan are doing spotlight coverage on Strawberry Shortcake and the Care Bears!! Both of the guys grew up with younger sisters and these properties were plentiful in their homes, so they figured, why not cover them?? While they are covering a more gentile property, make no mistake, this is not an episode for the kiddies. Have fun as the guys get in touch with the more feminine sides of their childhoods.

OK, I downloaded it. I'm traveling to Providence again tomorrow, this'll fit in nicely on that 2 hour flight from Charlotte to PVD. I'm scared to hear how much of this stuff I'll know (at least the Strawberry Shortcake stuff) from a having a little sister, too.

Word. it was weird how much I remembered about Strawberry Shortcake.

I loved this episode. I loved the Care Bears, and had no sisters, or friends that were girls that got me into them. Just was drawn to their cuddly cuteness! Grumpy and Bedtime were always my favorite. A lot like you guys my favorites were based on my favorite colors at the time. Also the Care Bear Stare was around in the show. I also enjoy both movies. The songs are terrible but i can't help sing along when i watch them.

I constantly want to get the themes for the Care Bears and Gummy Bears mixed up in my head. There was a Grubby Bear in gummy bears so I of course lean to that show being better.

You guys didn't do an all Disney Afternoon's show did you? I can't remember but a show on the goodness of Duck Tales, Darkwing Duck, etc etc would be cool. Thinking of the gummy bears just made that pop in my brain.

the bear your actually thinking of is Gruffy bear. Very similar to the Care Bears Grumpy Bear in demeanor.

I was seriously waiting for the "April Fool's" at the end of the episode. LOL. Scary that you all knew that much.

Wow. Not sure where to start.

My sister was a big Strawberry Shortcake girl. I always was Purple Pieman when I had to play with those damn dolls. I thought they all smelled like rotten plastic. She had a few Care Bears, but they were the full sized stuffed ones. You named off names that you could have very well made up for all I know. I wish I'd seen the Madballs crossover, I have a few of those books hanging around a longbox somewhere.

I was teaching middle school when that Britney song was popular. I remember thinking when she was 17 or 18 she'd be in Playboy before too long...guess I was wrong.

If you do a My Little Pony or Barbie show, I'll respectfully skip it. Thanks for the change of pace, but this was enough for me.
