You guys brought up something on the show that I struggled with a lot: action figure scarcity.....

I was super pissed as a kid because I could NEVER find a regular Shredder fig... My turtles always had to fight the second rate villains like the robot turtle and Baxter.... Kids are spoiled today with the internet that virtually eliminates these scarcities....

The DC MOTU series that's in stores started on July 4 and I thought it was supposed to be monthly but the 2nd issue got pushed back and still hasn't come out. I think it's supposed to come out this month in Sept, maybe Ryan knows better than I do though

When it comes to how companies pack the toy cases, a lot of people think that is what killed the 200X MOTU toy line because there were so many He-Man and Skeletor variants packed in the cases which clogged the pegs and nothing got sold

I forgot when the first issue came out. I'm sure part of the delay is due to the change in writers. So eager for the next issue. We'll have another episode come out this week where we cover issue #1.
