A v X (Spoilers OK)

I like the idea of a good old Hero fight but I'm having a hard time with how fast it kicked off. Here are these two celebrated, renown, and experienced leaders, and it took them all of 3 panels to choose to fight it out? Thats the biggest problem I have with the series but I am going to suspend my disbelief and try to enjoy the ride.

As of issue two we see that Cap pretty much bitch slapped Scott. AWESOME! I mean I like Scott but its good to see Cap be Cap.

I am lukewarm on this one. I will read it cause I am an x-men guy, however. the thing I am most looking forward to is watching Namor getting the crap kicked out of him. Ass Clown!

I think the fights are preety cool but it is hard for me to believe that the Thing would beat Namor in the water. I don't like the Namor as a character but he is an Atlantian....should he be able to wipe the ocean floor with the Thing?

Overall the book looks great. I am a huge Avengers and X-men fan but I need to agree with Noob, the fight started way too quick.
