DC Noise 177 – Stung by a Widow

Mike, Keith and Darrel discuss their movie challenges. New movie challenges are Honey 2, X, and Black Death. They are joined by New Mutant (Alan) and Timmy THOOM. We get around to talking about Red Hood and the Outsiders #8, Batman #9, and Green Lantern New Guardians #8. Part 1 of 2

I will now try to explain the elephant walk without the use of visual aids. I only know about this as my buddies pledging fraternities 20 years ago did similar things.

A group of guys lined up get naked and bend over at the waist. They stick one of their thumbs in the guy's butt in front of them and their other thumb in their mouth. They then march around like elephants move in groups with trunks tied to the tails of the one in front. The really bad part is if your thumb falls out, you switch thumbs.

There are variations you can imagine...

My wife read the first part of this and quickly walked out of the room. You guys are always getting me in trouble!

All around great episode, was hoping to hear some talk about FCBD and Super Wild Pig (other than what I heard from Darrell on Happy Hour). I'm sure Keith had a great time running around in the rain with me.

Oh and I forgot to mention when it came up before that I am on Team Flint. Him and Barbecue were my favorite Joe toys growing up. There were a lot of fires to put out I guess.

Keith, the guys at What's on Joe Mind interviewed Neil Ross, the voice of Shipwreck, and he cited Nicholson's character as what he based his Shipwreck on. Need to queue this movie up, too!
