I'm also excited to see the changes and directions the books go in Marvel Now.

It won't happen but I wish they'll wait awhile like a few years until the next big event and let the books get a good footing.

i hadn't thought about it, but if emma and magneto were to break cyclops out of jail that would be awesome. he wouldn't go willingly of course and would have to fight them, but it would be awesome anyhow.

It be cool if they had their own book where they travelled from town to town and got jobs, then saves someones life but then would have to leave town again sort of like the Incredible Hulk.

So is this worth buying in trade for someone who sparingly reads the X-line? Is it worth requesting my local library to buy a copy? For the record, I am enjoying Uncanny X-Force but found Claremont's second and third runs on Uncanny X-Men a chore to read through. And I liked what I read from Carey's X-Men Legacy, issues #212-217.

You know...We may have seen Hope fulfill the prophecy of bringing back mutants but she could still be the destroyer Bishop is talking about. Wasn't there an issue where the X-club traveled into the future where Hope's powers went nuts and she ended up turning Iceman and a few others into mindless minions that were powered up because of her? I believe they ran into iron man maybe?? And he told the X-club that at first they thought she was the savior...ring any bells anyone?

Overall I enjoyed the giant cross-over and now plan on reading it start to finish in an uninterrupted setting. Is anyone reading consequences? I picked up the 2nd issue this weekend---it's OK. It will be interesting to see how this develops.

I picked up the first issue of Consequences, and I found it pretty OK as well. I'm curious to see what happens with Cyke, Magneto and Emma, and it looks like this is the main book to follow to find out.
