Guys there is this girl at the office who is really cute. She's sweet, small, funny, has a smile that makes me happy and is quite smart.
If by a miracle scenario lets say she doesn't have a significant other, should i go for it? I mean, i'm awful with women, really awful, not a good catch by any stretch, but I'm a nice guy i think and full of love to give.
Plus, if it doesn't come off or it somehow does but it ends soon after, i'd have to see her every day and i can't imagine how awkward that'd be.
So should i stick or twist?

I would say get to know her then, in a flirty friendship sort of way. Don't ever be ashamed of showing your attraction to her. I'm not trying to steer you in to the friend-zone, but I get that it would be awkward if things didn't work out. So jumping the gun is a bad idea. You have to make sure you are both comfortable around each other first. Compliment her if you get the opportunity to, and don't act like you are expecting anything in return. If she is flattered, continue to do that casually, until you feel your ready to ask her out. If she looks like she thinks it's awkward, then you can brush it off, and continue your professional working relationship.

Bottom line, you have to remember there is absolutely nothing abnormal to her, about a guy finding her attractive. When you compliment her, don't act like it's a big ball of butterflies in your stomach, just waiting to burst out. It should be like the most natural obvious thing you could ever ever say about her. Because it is, right?

Also followed Cibiwaga advice today and kinda jokingly complimented her. Just fooling around trying to be funny. Funny and nice is all I have. This way I guess I can save face and judge where I am with her. Although my only chance with her is an act of God or rohypnol.

Whats your view on equal pay for women if they don't do as much work?
It happens in my office, the women sit back and do nothing whilst myself and the two men in there do all the lifting and other labour oriented tasks. Actually asking the men to do it as well.

Is this fair? Does it happen in your workplace?
