So; it turns out the current story arc will mark the end of Remender's run on Uncanny X-Force. I wonder if the book will continue under a new writer, or will this be the end of the current incarnation of the team. With the changes of Marvel NOW, will there still be a need for a "black-ops" X-Team?

There's been rumors that Daniel Way would be the next writer and the book will continue. No official word yet. If Way is the next writer, I'll be dropping this book like it's hot.

I don't think I've read any Way yet. I dropped Astonishing before he took it over.

It's gonna be an interesting 're-launch'...

But most Marvel comics are, in order to be relaunched, so it may mean nothing beyond Remender won't be writing it anymore.

Who else was all aboard the road trip from hell even if Daken and Sabertooth road snacks were a little cheesy bad joke I know thats why I dont get paid for my thoughts. Dare I say that this series is why I love X-Men a team consisting of known and well known charaters that are fleshed out and interact with one another while taking on missions with the deck stacked against them at every turn building from one arc to another. With 5 issues left hopefully this is a diagram that future creators can build off of and give us X books that leave you wanting more it might not have fired on all cylinders 100 percent of the time but truly it did'nt fire any blanks. And to me thats just tasty.

Well it looks like Uncanny X-Force will keep going after all. With Psylocke, Storm, Puck and Spiral leading the cast. Very interesting.
