Screenwriter, Simon Kinberg (Producer of "X-Men: First Class" and writer of "X-Men: The Last Stand"), stated that the film will have a heavy dose of Magento.

20th Century Fox registered the title DAYS OF FUTURE PAST with the MPAA Title Registration Bureau.

Someone should inform all the writers of the X-men movies that they had other enemies other than Magneto.

That they do but would they do those characters justice or would they butcher them so much you would rather not the way they portrayed Sabertooth, Lady Deathstrike, William Stryker Military Weapon x division was'nt bad (but I prefer Relegious Purifier Zealot) Also Shaw liked Kevin Bacon in the role just because it adds another degree to the infamous game on Mr. Bacon but a truly good Shaw he was not. Not to mention Fucking with the characters powers. Magneto is bassically the only one they got down to a T. By the way X-men First Class worst team in X history in any form IMO

I dont know but if they are going be doing alternate timelines I fear the worst they have a hard enough time with just a single timeline. Hell they still want to make this apart of the first 3 X movies. Here in about another 5 years they will just reboot the whole franchise anyway. I mean they did kill off Cyclops ,Jean and Xavier (his body at least)

Oh yeah dont get me wrong I will be there on opening day or a midnight showing I mean I sat thru X-3 and Origins without walking out. I mean it can only go up from their right. Speaking of does anyone know the status of The Wolverine

I remember First Class getting slated all the way up until it was released, so am reserving any pre-judgements on this

Yeah I to wish we would see main villains from the X world other than Magneto I want to see a Sinister or Apocalypse or even the Sentinels. But I'll just wait & see before I destroy the movie.

CIBAWAG and a few others mentioned it on another forum. This movie could easily work.

Replace Senator Kelly with JFK. Have Hugh Jackman's Wolverine and a few characters from the original X movies involved in the future timeline. In the future timeline, have an elderly Magneto (McKellen) in a wheelchair leading the remnants of the X-Men. In the 60s, have a young Magneto (Fassbender) leading the Brotherhood. Lots of potential there, and an easy way to close the gap between the First Class and other X-Men films. Continuity errors be damned! This is time travel.

I kind of think using JFK in a assassination plot would be seen in bad taste and they'd never do that. It would most likely be set a few years later with LBJ or even Nixon. You could even get a Forge or Wolverine cameo fighting in Vietnam.
