I'm all over this movie . . . once it's out on DVD!

I'm liking this mindless action movie trend from Hollywood.

I have really been cutting back on the amount of movies that I see in theater (I use to go once or twice a week in college and have been slowing down since around 2005). But this is one of the movies that I really want to see on the big screen I think it deserves a viewing on the big screen!

This could be the best action movie in years or a total train wreck. I will still see it in theaters

Greatest cast ever!

The only thing this movie is going to need is a chase scene where they just happen to chase the other guy through a strip club!

Sometimes movies are meant as an escape, this is one of them, good, clean, fun.

Well hopefully at least.

Watching Predator again last night made me realize that this is where the expendables idea came form. They actually call the bad ass guys expendable.

This can't arrive soon enough. Its like Sly went back in time, asked my 10 year old self what I'd want to see in a movie, asked me again at 20, put it into a delicious sweaty man batter(yeah, that sounds nasty), baked it, frosted it with chocolate and 50 caliber bullets and said: "Enjoy". I really want this to be a sizable hit, I'd give anything for 80s style action to come back in the theater with decent production and not be relegated to straight to DVD. Plus, if it hits big, maybe the holdouts that were asked this time around will show up for a sequel or Sly's next gig(Yeah Kurt Russel, Steven Segal and Van Damme, I'm looking at you!).

If this sucks I will be crushed but not surprised.

Gonna be the best action movie since Universal Soldier 4 when JCVD and Dolph were on screen together!

My theater has an awesome life size cardboard stand-up of the whole Expendables cast. Freakin' awesome.

I will drive to NY if you want to steal that thing. I'll wear my Red Sox gear and distract everyone, and you can make off with the goods. We can redezvous at a bar and toast our victory. I'd have nowhere to put it, so I just want to be part of the adventure.

Not a bad idea, but If I could only take one it would be Rourke.
Those behind the scenes clips certainly illustrate the fact that this is going to be a Hard R, unless the MPAA screws it over.
