I watched 3 new movies on My flights to and from Israel:

Book of Eli- Mr. M I totally agree with your take on this movie. Once that twist hits at the end it cranks the movie way up and makes it awesome.

Shutter Island- Always love when Scorsese directs Dicapprio. A very well written and well shot movie, the twist was awesome.

Art of the Steal- An insanely well done documentary that played more like a politcal thriller than anything. Insanely fascinating story.

Black Dynamite: Awesome
Paper Heart: okay, but not something I'd watch again.
Zombieland: Just as fun as I remember it from theaters.

This weekend I've watched the Crazies and Edge of Darkness. Both of which were enjoyable.

Toy Story 3 - Absolutely LOVED it. Had everything in it you'd associate with a movie big Hollywood blockbuster movie but that's also animated and for both kids and adults. And yes, my eyes teared up at the ending. If you didn't you have no soul.

Funny People- Not really what i expected from a movie titled Funny People. It did have some lines that I found hillarius. Overall an OK movie. Some funny moments some touching but nothing great. A good watch but not a must see.

I tried to watch Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny this weekend . . . never could get through the whole thing. It had its moments, but it never drew me in.

Watched Live Free or Die Hard last night. I love me some John McClane . . . I'm looking forward to when my son is old enough to watch Die Hard with me . . . I've only got 10 years or so to go.

Watched "The Professionals" last night, cool 70s western with Lee Marvin, Burt Lancaster and Jack Palance as a Mexican(?!) plus the buxom Claudia Cardinale and Scatman Crothers. Never seen it or heard of it before but it is very much in the flavor of Red Dead Redemption, which I have been playing a lot of this summer

Also watched the MST3K epsiode "Warrior of the Lost World" "starring" Persis Khambatta and Donald Pleasence Super hilarious after-the-apocalypse 80s style flick.

I didnt feel like I could watch Shutter Island. The air conditioner was too loud for me to hear well enough without blasting it. SO instead I watched Invisible Target, which turned out to be totally badass!

Saw Robin Hood on Tuesday, not bad, paying a dollar to see it, even better.

Just got in D13 and D13 Ultimatum from Amazon and I'll be watching those this weekend
