Episode 11

- Last episode of 2006
- Rob definitely likes X-Men better than Astonishing as of issue #192 of the former and is enjoying Bachalo's art.
- Both hosts are disappointed by Phoenix Warsong #3 and the direction of the mini-series.
- Astonishing X-Men #18; Regarding Blindfold's statement that not all of the team will return, Brian guesses it will be Colossus; Rob guesses Cyclops.
- Top 5 is Lamest Villains; Brian is upset that Rob included Morlocks in his list.
- Retro reviews of X-Men 42-45 and Avengers 53.

Episode 12

- Rob tried to name his son Doug (after Cypher of course).
- A listener made it through episodes 1 through 11 to catch up (11?! big deal!! ;) )
- Rob believes his first X-Men comic was #205; Brian thinks his first "new" (not back issue) was #193.
- Rob would like to retcon Banshee back to life; Brian would like to retcon Psylocke to her British version.
- Torrenting comics is discussed... or rather Rob justifies doing it for old issues ;)
- Brian makes it clear that Rob is the one expressing the opinion about torrent-ing.
- New X-Men #32 is enjoyed; Rob comments that the ratio of young mutants dying to regular X-Men is totally unrealistic;
they like Rockslide's "new lock" (less Thing-ish); Rob says Rockslide is an early contender for comeback X-Man of 2007.
- They disagree with how much Uncanny X-Men #481 contributed to the story (Brian liked it, Rob didn't); Rob is just not into the Shi'ar.
- Both enjoyed the Xaminations issue of X-Factor (#13).
- Inside the Mansion on Polaris; Rob spends the segment researching Lorna Doone cookies :lol:
- Retro Reviews of X-Men 46-51. Rob doesn't know who Foggy Nelson is. Brian explains. Rob replies, "Daredevil sucks... he's blind." :shock:

Episode 13

- Uncanny X-Cast is on Comicspace! :shock:
- Neither host enjoyed Phoenix Warsong #4; Rob says, "the Phoenix makes more appearances than Wolverine at this point."
- Beast's reduction to a tech character like Forge is discussed.
- Wolverine #48; idea is thought to be good, execution of that idea, terrible.
- Escalation of Wolverine's power is discussed and how an indestructible character is boring.
- X-23 #1 and X-Men #193 are both enjoyed. Rob predicts that Cannonball and Seraphina will have a relationship someday.
- Top 5 is Alternate versions of characters.
- Retro Reviews of X-Men 51-55; including Rob's soon-to-be infamous reenactment of the Jean Grey "orgasm" in #53.
- First X-tra Credit roundtable discussion of New Mutants TPB follows the episode.

Episode 14

- This is the 2nd attempt of the episode, immediately following a botched recording.
- Rob mentions Cypher before Brian this episode.
- The hosts decided not to make a Myspace page for the show.
- Rob feels bad for Mammomax in New X-Men #33.
- Both hosts feel X-Factor is getting better and better as of issue 14; Brian is surprised to find out Rob doesn't know who Hydra is.
- X-Men #194; They're not happy with the Ramos art. There's a discussion of his version of Lady Mastermind's breasts.
- Brian tries to skip Rob's review of Wolverine #49.
- Inside the Mansion on Rictor.
- Retro Review of X-Men 56-60
- Solicitations are talked about for the first time; it's Rob's first time ever looking at Previews.
- Rob is not looking forward to covering New Excalibur instead of Wolverine, calls it a "homeless shelter for X-Men."
- Brian thinks they will end up killing Colossus in Astonishing X-Men.
- Magik is the "Shannon Doherty of 90210 of the X-Men," according to Rob.

Episode 15

- People on the forum are complaining about delays between episodes.
- Brian breaks the news about Rob's wife being pregnant.
- Rob is afraid to go into his comic shop after complaining about it on the show.
- The hosts discuss their experiences with Dewey's Comics and the difficulty of breaking away from shopping there.
- Both liked X-23 #2 and Rob wonders who sells more albums, Dazzler or Lily Chaney.
- Uncanny X-Men #482; Rob doesn't think Darwin will return from mission, Brian doesn't want him to but thinks he will;
Rob thinks Darwin will over-evolve and go crazy; Brian thinks Vulcan is too far gone to be redeemed, Rob thinks they'll redeem him anyway.
- Astonishing X-Men #19; Rob says, "Beast sucks now," and is coming around to Brian's theory that Colossus will be killed off.
- Top 5 is moments of covering the X-Men 1-66; Brian's #1 is Rob's Jean Grey orgasm.
- Rob thinks Wolverine and Sabretooth are in love.

Episode 16

- Rob has a lament for Mammomax.
- After reading Uncanny X-Men #483, Rob expects another Vulcan issue soon and states that, at this point, there's no saving the Shi'ar story.
- Rob didn't care for X-Factor #15, felt it was pointless.
- Neither host liked the conclusion to X-Men: Phoenix Warsong, calling it a waste of money. They remark on the fact that Emma Frost says, "It's as if nothing ever happened" in the issue, finding that an apt description.
- X-Men #195 receives positive reviews, though Iceman's power increase is discussed in a negative light.
- New Excalibur #16 is not liked; Rob says, "this team is an irrelevant joke."
- Inside the Mansion is on Nocturne.
- Retro Reviews of X-Men appearances between X-Men #66 and Giant Sized X-Men.
- They do not plan on covering Dazzler's solo series.

Episode 17

- Count Nefaria shows up in the pre-show intro.
- Rob liked the Brubaker written issues of Gotham Central which he was sent as a counter to the Uncanny X-Men issues.
- Brian is not aware of Captain America's death yet and Rob almost spoils it.
- Rob hasn't switched to mail order comics yet; is paranoid about his shop owner and still buying Wolverine.
- Beast + Forge = Borge.
- Rob once again predicts X-23 will have her own series, this time by the end of the year (2007); then he disses Lockheed again.
- Top 5 is X-Names for Brian's baby, including Megasonic Teenage Warhead :lol:
- Retro Reviews of Giant-Sized X-Men and #s 94 & 95.
- Brian talks about his omnibus; Rob compares Duke from G.I. Joe to Cyclops.
- Rob wonders how people don't get bored with Fantastic Four since there are only four members.

Episode 18

- Brian now has another kid, a boy. He also took flak on the forum for not knowing about Captain America's death.
- Rob finds it embarrassing that Brian likes Lockheed.
- X-Men #196; they like the story, but not H. Ramos' art; Rob says Lady Mastermind is "lying around like a porn actress from a video I bought at the US 1 flea market."
- X-Factor #16 is loved by both hosts.
- First X-Phone; interview with Ron Richards of iFanboy in which Brian discovers the other Cyclops fan; and yet, Richards loves Brubaker's Uncanny and dislikes Carey's X-Men.
- Retro Reviews of X-Men #96-99.
- In Solicitations, Rob feels protective of Brian, wanting him to temper his excitement about a possible Magik return.
- Rob wants the mutant power to shorten Uncanny X-Cast episodes by an hour.

Episode 19

- The hosts are sick of e-mails saying they should read X-Men: First Class, Brian does NOT like out-of-continuity stories.
- Rob reveals that he reads current issues for the show on the toilet.
- After reading New X-Men #36, Brian immediately read #37 and tried to get Rob to cover both issues on this episode.
- Both hosts loved X-23 #4 (2nd mini-series) especially the art.
- Rob compares Uncanny X-Men #485 to X-Force and WildCATS and Brian declares that if Darwin ends up with Korvus's phoenix force sword, he'll end the podcast.
- Inside the Mansion on Mammomax, Rob's debut hosting the segment.
- Retro Reviews of Uncanny #100-103; Rob seems to zone out during Brian's recaps; Rob calls Liandra a "dude that looks like Serpentor"
- Plantman is declared to be the mascot of the Uncanny X-Cast.
- Rob agrees to draw Mammomax for the listener "farthest away."

Episode 20

- No longer acquiring new friends on Comicspace.
- Rob has experienced his first Free Comic Book Day, during which he talked to a Storm Trooper and never managed to pick up his comics.
- Rob actually liked New Excalibur #18, at least relative to the previous issue, whereas Brian thought it was just as bad.
- Uncanny X-Men #485 gets a kinder reception than the previous issues; Warpath seems to be displaying leadership abilities;
Rob thinks Darwin and Professor X will end up being mistaken for each other.
- New X-Men #37 is appreciated for its story but not for its Scottie Young art, which Brian especially hates.
- X-Phone interview with Mike Carey! Carey reveals he originally wanted Psylocke for the Cable slot on his team.
- Retro reviews of Uncanny #104-106
- Top Five TV Shows that would work better with some X-Men intervention.

- "Don't bother visiting us on Comicspace."
- X-23 #5 (2nd mini) gets more love, while Brian finds the Bachalo art on X-Men #198 confusing.
- Top Five is the infamous '80s Themes for X-Characters:
- Rob starts things off with the best of the bunch: "Turning Japanese" for Psylocke. His others are "Feel the Noise" for Banshee, "Shot Through the Heart" for Cypher, "I'm All Out of Love" for Mammomax and "Who's Johnny?" for Johnny D;
- Brian's songs are "Electric Blue" for Surge, "Take These Broken Wings" for Angel, "Weird Science" for Forge, "Pure Energy (What's On Your Mind)" for Phoenix, and "Naughty Girls Need Love Too" for Emma Frost.
- Retro Reviews of X-Men 107-110.
- Solicitations for August 2007 are reviewed.
- Rob hates Daredevil.

I blame the Top Five (Top Eleven?) from Episode 39 for the segment being bumped down to recurring status. There has got to be some serious pressure on the guys to produce an over-the-top funny segment after recording that baseball argument. "Who on your team is gonna get a hit?", "Harry Leland clogging up the basepaths", and that bit about Mastermind throwing pianos or something were actual laugh out loud moments.

Episode 22

- Rob attempt to intro the show and stumbles through it, then admits to drinking during every episode.
- New Excalibur #19 causes Rob to declare that Claremont is "just done."
- Both hosts are frustrated that after 12 issues of the Uncanny Shi'ar arc, the story doesn't even wrap-up.
- During discussion of Astonishing X-Men #21, Rob predicts Kitty Pryde will get pregnant and her baby will be the first post-M mutant; the lack of characterization throughout the story is discussed; Brian defends Brubaker's Captain America and Daredevil work as much better; Brian rates the 12 issues overall as a "C"; Rob rates it "D," then changes to a "C-"
- Inside the Mansion on Magik/Illyana Rasputin.
- Retro reviews of Uncanny 111-113.

Episode 23

- Brian has pink eye.
- Chances Are segment was probably least well received so far.
- We finally discover that Rob's LCS is called Kingdom Comics; they left X-Men #199 out of his box.
- Brian threatens to expose Rob's student films if he keeps talking about Brian's New Mutants fan fiction.
- Rob would love if Marvel would include a code for a digital version of a comic with the print copy :)
- Brian is pained to criticized Claremont for New Excalibur #20, while Rob calls him the "George Lucas of comics."
- Reviewing New X-Men #39, Brian predicts Amanda Sefton will die and Illyana will be gone after the story to return if there was a good fan response.
- Chances Are is dusted off for a second try.
- Rob asks, "... Havoc and Polaris are Starjammers for life... no 6 months.. no a year?" Brian 40%; Rob.. never says.
- Brian asks, "... add a Morlock to the team?" Brian 65%; Rob 80%.
- Rob asks, "... Kitty will have a baby that is the first new mutant?" Brian 75%; Rob 100%.
- Brian asks, "... Astonishing will continue after Joss Whedon?" Both 90%.
- Rob asks, "... Rictor will turn out to be a bad guy?" Brian 10%, Rob 30%.
- Brian asks, "... Rictor has a chance to regain powers and declines?" Brian 80%, Rob 75%.
- Rob asks, "... Sabretooth sticks around?" (after current story) Brian 25%; Rob 20%.
- Brian asks, "... Lady Mastermind sticks around?" (after current story) Brian 85%; Rob 95%.
- Rob asks, "... Illyana joins?" (New X-Men) Brian 10%, Rob 50%.
- Brian asks, "... newer x-men died?" (in current storyline) Brian 20%, Rob 70%.

- "Chances are we will ever to Chances Are again?" Both - 0%. :)
