Video Games

Figured there might as well be a thread for this.

I picked up Lego Batman 2 over the weekend and have been playing it. It's fun. Plus there's lots of cool little things like when you unlock Superman and your flying around Gotham it starts playing the Superman Theme. It's like all the other Lego games that have been done over the last few years except for 2 new things. Actual voice actors and with some of the characters being able to fly (Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Superman, etc) it has a few new interesting things to do. I have no idea if the voice actors are the same from the animated shows though I know it's not Hamil doing the joker and batman isn't the dude from the bats animated series. Overall I say get it, it's fun and I'm sure for DC fans there's way more there then what I get.

Now if they'd ever get around to making some X-Men lego games. I'd lose my mind if that happened.

Awesome thread idea, Grubb.

Man, I didn't realize that Lego game was out already. I have to get that. I haven't even touched my game system since I got my iPad and started playing all these little games on here. I was addicted to Skyrim for the longest time. I really need to go back and play that some more.

I for sure will be getting that Lego game.

I also would lose my mind if they did an X-Men one. More likely right now they might do an Avengers one with those Lego toys on the shelves.

I don't play games anymore much other than Wii Sports with Daniel, but he bought the Lego Batman game last week and is having a ball with it. My problem is that I can't see for squat and got really turned off to the Lego games as the screen always seems dark to me, even after altering the contrast on the screen, and it's near impossible for me to see where I am. This really came to the front on the first Lego Batman.

I'm still playing the first Lego Batman heh. I still play video games but mostly get old ones when they are cheaper. Probably will get Arkham City finally in a few months when the weather starts to cool down. Summer is short here so we try to make the most of it. I loved Arkham Asylum. Need to play Mass Effect 3 eventually too.

I really wish that they would bring back one of my favorite game series: Legacy of Kain.

The whole series was incredibly awesome and I would love to see what they could do with the current generation of technology, also the first game is in desperate need of remaking. It was one of those old Legend of Zelda style. top down adventure games.

I picked up Lego Batman 2 for my son, he play the Nintendo DS. He loves the game, I played it some and its cool, typical Lego game so far. But I'm not far into the game. If you enjoy Lego games pick it up.

Currently playing through Dante's Inferno. Fun game, but some of this Hell stuff is down right disturbing (which is understandable).

hear rocksteady making a new batman game set in the 1950's and may have some of the justice league in it.

Beat Dante's Inferno earlier this week. Fun game but the creepiness and constant screams and moaning got on my nerves. Glad it's over. :P

Beat Uncharted: Drake's Fortune today. Fun game, frustrating controls at times and annoyingly accurate enemies. Good story. Guess they can't all be from bioware though. lol
