I like Star Wars more than Star Trek; it's in my freakin' DNA!

I'm a Trek fan as well though, and as much as it pains me, I have to go with the Enterprise D on this match. The Star Destroyer has more mass and more support craft than the Enterprise, but the Federation has superior tech. The ship has multiple phaser-banks, each capable of delivering multiple blasts of sustained phased energy that could carve apart the Star Destroyer. They could also slave a couple of phaser banks to the ship's sensors, firing short multiple bursts to pick off any TIEs that come their way.
The SD has massive weapons, but I think the Enterprise has it beat in shield strength. And if all else fails, the Enterprise could always resort to using its transporters to either:
A: Lock on to key control centers in the Star Destroyer and transport the crews at those stations into space, or
B: Rig a shuttle's warp-core to detonate, and transport the shuttle into the heart of the Star Destroyer just before the warp-core goes critical. The resulting matter/anti-matter explosion would rip the Star Destroyer to pieces.
