I started tonight. I had just happened just done some push-ups the other night so I felt comfortable starting on the second level. I completed the first four sets then for the 5th set a minimum of 5 I completed 10. I was pretty happy with how I did for the first night. I am going to do a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday Rotation. Considering doing the 200 Sit-up Challenge on the odd days and taking Sundays off.
