Stalker is my favorite Joe. And I didn't even have him as a kid.

I had Stalker. I didn't know what it meant to be a ranger, but I thought he must be pretty cool.

Went to my Local TRU and saw that they put out a new case of GI Joe movie figures wave 1. They had the red ninja, Joe and Cobra trooper, and (black version) Cobra Commander. Anyone else notice this?

TRU here has one or two rows of pegs at the very end next to transformers. They feel very "shoved to the side"

OK, the voices suck, but you get multiple versions of the theme song, not to mention a fantastic Zartan theme song.

Guys just wanted to double check if I have this right. If I have all the GI Joe classics trades and the GI Joe Disavowed trades do I have a complete run up until IDW took over?

Found this thanks to the Flag Points gang:

http://www.gijoegraphy.com/index.html

A map of that shows where all the Joes from '82-'94 were from. Good stuff!

In Celebration of Hawktober here is an interesting factoid
When Larry Hama originally conceived of G.I. Joe as Fury Force, an update of the Howling Commandos, Hawk was meant to be Nick Fury's son.

Given the announcement about IDW Limited, wonder if that's the "big news" that they said would be coming out after Baltimore Con.

Artist edition Joe books? Hell. yes.
