Moved around the Academy and X-Men Legacy stories that don't tie directly into AvX. Trying to find the perfect place for it that doesn't break up the pacing. That said Legacy 269-270 root the idea of Limbo that plays out in AvX 9 and leaves Rogue in another dimension. If it wasn't for the Limbo part I'd leave out the Legacy issues all together. If you're a Rogue fan you'll want to include Legacy 271-273...they're really a tangent from the main story but Rogue pops back up in the beginning of AvX 11.
