Finally saw the original Tron in prep for Legacy. Enjoyed it. 1982 graphics were interesting. Worked well for the subject matter.

The Crazies. I really liked it quite a bit.

I just finished Surf Ninjas. I don't know why but I love that movie.

Surf Ninjas was a blast. Loved seeing Frank Drebin as cartoony bad guy.

A slave who forever rocks,
Is chained in the devil's locks,
And slain by the bloody axe I wail!"

Saw Salt. Met my standards for a good action flick.

I just watched Cop Out. I liked it. It reminded me of Running Scared, which was a personal favorite back when I was a kid.

It has its problems, but it is amusing.

Watched The Count of Monte Cristo last night for the first time in a few years. The movie is very different from the book but it is a lot of fun. I am a sucker for a good period piece. The one thing that I was thinking when I read this is how bad the accents most people in the movie did some form of British accent- and poorly I might add. If you can get around that then it is a lot of fun to watch.

Just saw Polanski's The Ghost Writer. Beautifully done political intrigue with a touch of Polanski's own exile thrown in for good measure. If we lived in a perfect world he would win an Oscar from prison.

I Love You, Man

While being funny, it was actually pretty sweet.

Ip Man 2 fan-fecking-tastic although it's strange why they feel the need to put the wire work in for the fight between masters. Sammo jumping on stacked stools just put me off but otherwise top film
