Hey everybody, it's nice to get back to some old school forum posting like I used to do in the old BBS days. My name is Shawn, I'm a 40 year old...geek (I'm married and have two kids, so I can definitely rule out the whole virgin aspect). I grew up loving Star Wars and Star Trek and never had a problem putting one over the other in my adoration of them. I began listening to a lot of podcasts up at my work to pass the time at night, and Too Old to Grow Up and Two True Freaks were some of the ones I listened to regularly. I am hoping to get around to listening to some of the others that are represented here at the forums. I appreciate the folks putting this site up so I can try to interact with some people with some of the same likes as me.

hi guys,

An almost 30 year old with a heavy DC addiction (but if Kenneth Rocafort draws anything, I am THERE!) focusing on GL/GLC. Just got back into comics and the various podcasts a year and half ago. I enjoy reading , music from Dean Martin to Def Leppard, and the sublime art of charcoal grilling/smoking.. (can't wait to try my first ribs!) I am married and have one Princess Padawan born 2 1/2 years ago. Living in the Land of 10,000 Lakes and a union tile setter with my own side business keeps me busy but I'll try to pop in more..
