Check this thread out. Lots of discussion between those who raved about the film and those who didn't.

I have to wonder if that movie was a b**** to edit.

I was disappointed Brad didn't look more like Linda Carter.

Great ep.

Brad, I can see how the beginning of the film but once they got into the actual heist part of the film it was a great ride.

I highly recommend picking it up and at least giving it another shot.

The WHOLE movie was a dream within a dream within one of those cute white boxes they pack delivery Chinese food in within a dream.

Too many coincidences in the "real" world. Too much "people have to act a certain way for the plot to move forward" for it to be real and I'm pretty certain that Nolan is not a lazy writer/director.
Cobra Commander was one of the best parts of this flick by far. Where have I seen that big lipped English guy before? What was Juno's role in this movie; seemed kind of pointless in the scheme of things. The Scarecrow was also a bit of a highlight but didn't understand why he didn't recognize Faux Ra's if they were business competitors (one of those coincidences that helps solidify the not-the-real-world-ever idea for me).
I also went in to this movie knowing little beyond the Matrix hype, tho did know that there was a caper/heist aspect to the story. Geez, imagine if they'd had this tech around for "The Sting"... no, on 2nd thought don't, that movie was perfect.

Oh, new guy here so hope I didn't harsh the mojo of the board with my rambles.

Good shows I've listened to so far. Keep it up, I'll keep d/l them and pumping 'em out as I run on the treadmill... well, after I'm done with Doom Podtrol and LoSP.

Thank you Captain my Captain! I get it now. it's so effin' simple even retarded baboon could grasp it... which is to say that I had to watch that video twice so the baboon is at least one up on me I'm sure.

OK, as to the other Nolan movies getting lower ratings then Inception remember that those have been collecting ratings for years. Titanic probably beat out Terminator 2 or The Abyss when it first came out but not nowadays.

It was ALL a dream. ALL OF IT! EVERY FREAKING MOMENT! I think.

(oh, and Ellen Page is a crappy actress)

Lol... If you ask me, a colander on the head makes more sense than an IV in the arm.

With friends like Gyro, it's a wonder that Uncle Scrooge didn't throttle the goose geek. He was more trouble then Braniac 5 was for the Legion for goodness sake.

I think that Cobb's wife was the one that woke up and her projection is her trying to wake Cobb up but he thinks shes dead. And the new female architect seems to be a therapist implanted in Cobbs dream to help him get to the point where he can wake up. I loved this movie
