ECCC was a fantastic show this year.  It moved to 3 days for the first time in it's 9 yr history and I believe it was a success.  There was so much to do and look at and people to meet.  It was crazy and overwhelming at the same time.
I think I finished with 28-29-30 pieces with 1 more coming via USPS.  First up my son's pieces.

A little background, he is 2 1/2 and we've been watching Batman TAS and Mr Freeze has been his fav in the show.  He also calls him Dr Ice.  So he went around asking for Dr Ice's all weekend!

What little boy now a days doesn't love Cars?!?!?  I got this on Saturday and brought it home to my boy and it blew his mind!  "DAD, MATER!!!"  I took him on Sunday and it was just a him and daddy day and he scored of the above pieces.  He had so much fun, was asking to go back on Monday!!

He was a great guy, fun to talk with and deal with.  I'd order more from him in a heartbeat!  Not to mention with the colored piece, he scanned it before the show then said he went a little crazy coloring it!

Another great guy!  Most of the other pieces he did after mine were a smidge less detailed.  But I benefited from some super fan boy talking his head off and he avoided too much eye contact with him by continuing to work on my piece!!

A true pleasure meeting Dheeraj.  I've loved his Avatar work for 4-5 years now and he was such a great guy.  He had been sketch on zombie covers all convention and I never really saw anyone talking to him.  After I expressed my appreciation of his work, he told me it was great to meet a fan and wanted to get a picture with me!  Usually its the other way around.  So after his sketch, we took the picture and he gave me his email so I could send it to him.  He also pulled out his sketchbook in which he was working on during his flight from India.  It was full of authentic India art/style and it was beautiful and so much different from his US work.  We talked about doing a full blown commission later down the road.  Can't stress it enough, great dude!
